Product Details

Refractory Configuration

Used parts    Commonly used materials
Furnace bottom working layer, furnace bottom wall, upper wall of the melting pool    Aluminum-chromium bricks
Reaction tower, bullnose passage, rising flue    Magnesium-aluminum-chromium composite spinel bricks
Furnace wall, furnace roof    Magnesium-aluminum-chromium composite spinel bricks
Shaft furnace, electric furnace flue outlet    Magnesium-aluminum-chromium composite spinel bricks
Emission outlet    Electrofusion re-bonded magnesium-chromium bricks (salt-impregnated)

Damage mechanism

  1. Scouring and erosion of slag in the molten pool area.

2、The penetration and erosion of lead liquid in the bottom part of the furnace, and the scouring loss of molten liquid.

3、Reaction tower and flue parts by the soot and smoke scouring and erosion.

4、Electrothermal area has certain requirements on thermal shock of resistant material, and also resistant to lead and zinc vapor erosion.
