Magnesia-Alumina-Chromium Composite Spinel Bricks
Application Scenario: Suitable for key parts such as the roof of zinc volatile kilns and lead-zinc smelting furnaces in the non-ferrous industry, as well as the roof of high-temperature kilns in the steel industry.
Product Features
●-Strong penetration resistance
●-High high-temperature strength
●-Excellent Thermal Shock Stability
●-Superior High-Temperature Wear Resistance
●-Exceptional Erosion and Penetration Resistance
●-Strong Application Adaptability
01.Excellent Thermal Shock Stability
Optimized thermal expansion coefficient reduces internal stress during rapid temperature changes. Can withstand over 10 cycles of water cooling at 1100℃, maintaining structural integrity under frequent heating and cooling conditions.
02.Superior High-Temperature Wear Resistance
High structural density ensures better wear resistance compared to single-component magnesia-chrome bricks or magnesia-alumina spinel bricks, capable of withstanding high-temperature gas flow and material abrasion.
03.Exceptional Erosion and Penetration Resistance
Dense structure with minimal low-melting phases. Simultaneously resists erosion from basic slag, acidic slag, and sulfur- or dust-containing media, effectively blocking slag penetration and reducing brick dissolution and spalling.
04.Strong Application Adaptability
Meets demands for high temperatures and severe erosion while adapting to different slag systems, offering broad versatility.
