Henan Ruitai Refractories are indispensable basic materials for high-temperature industries (such as metallurgy, cement, electric power, etc.). The production process strictly follows the core logic of "raw material adaptation - molding and shaping - sintering and solidification - precision processing - quality control - safe storage and transportation" to ensure that the products have key properties such as high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and erosion resistance.
Selection of Raw Materials
Refractory materials usually take bauxite, magnesite, silica and other materials as the main raw materials. The large raw materials are subjected to coarse crushing, medium crushing and fine crushing to reach the required particle size, and particles of different particle sizes are separated and reasonably distributed according to the design formula.
High-Pressure Molding
The raw materials and binders are stirred in a mixer according to the formula, and then pressed into green bodies by high-pressure molding equipment to control the density and shape. After molding, the green bodies are taken out of the mold and initially air-dried to remove the moisture on the surface of the green bodies.
High-Temperature Sintering
Heat treatment is carried out in a high-temperature kiln to achieve sintering, so as to improve the density and strength. Precisely control the temperature, heat up and cool down at a constant speed, and ensure full sintering.
Precision Machining
According to the actual application requirements, the size, shape and surface accuracy of the products are processed and corrected to ensure that the products can accurately adapt to the application scenarios, with precise size, smooth surface and consistent assembly requirements.
Quality Inspection
The enterprise has an internal testing laboratory with a professional testing team to screen qualified products and ensure that product performance meets the application standards.
Packaging and Transportation
According to the size and shape of the products, appropriate packaging materials are adopted to ensure that qualified products are safely delivered from the production workshop to the customers.
