Offers >1700℃ stability, erosion/wear resistance, and dense structure. Available in RT-DMGe-16~26 grades (MgO 52%-65%, Cr₂O₃ 16%-25%).

01.Superior Erosion Resistance

Uniform microstructure and high bonding strength provide strong resistance to both basic and acidic slags, with particularly outstanding resistance to basic slag erosion.

The load softening temperature exceeds 1700°C, ensuring excellent structural strength and stability under high temperatures without deformation under thermal load.

 

03.High Strength and Excellent Wear Resistance

Dense structure, low porosity and high bulk density, featuring high room-temperature strength and high-temperature strength as well as strong wear resistance. It can withstand mechanical wear and scouring at high temperatures.

 

04.Stable and Uniform Structure

Uniform pore distribution, fine-grained matrix, and the presence of micro-cracks enhance performance stability and reliability.
