Simultaneously, the additives undergo thermal decomposition to form mullite, generating micro-expansion that counteracts shrinkage under high-temperature conditions, thereby significantly enhancing the castable's thermal shock stability.

This product is tailor-made for key skinning-prone parts of cement kilns, such as the smoke chamber and decomposition furnace. Made from silicon carbide raw materials, it boasts excellent anti-skinning and wear-resistant properties, which can inhibit the formation of skinning from the source. Moreover, the formed skin has weak adhesion and is easy to clean. At high temperatures, the material forms a self-protective vitreous layer with a stable structure, significantly reducing downtime.

Silicon Carbide Anti-coating Castable


Silicon carbide anti-skinning refractory castable is a high-performance castable primarily composed of silicon carbide, supplemented with high-efficiency water reducers and ultra-fine powder, and bound with calcium aluminate cement. It significantly reduces the frequency of skinning. This castable boasts excellent wear resistance, high strength, non-reactivity with materials, and anti-skinning properties. Silicon carbide exhibits good wear and corrosion resistance, high strength at high temperatures, high thermal conductivity, low linear expansion coefficient, good thermal shock resistance, and no reactivity with cement raw materials. The castable forms a glazed protective layer at high temperatures, preventing skinning and ringing. It is primarily used in cement kiln decomposing furnace cones, kiln tail gas chambers, preheater cones, and other applications.

High-Strength Alkali-Resistant Castable


High-strength alkali-resistant refractory castable is made from aluminum silicate and high-pressure electric porcelain as refractory aggregates and powders, formulated with aluminate cement and additives. It is a high-quality castable that can effectively resist the erosion of alkali metal oxides at high temperatures. At high temperatures, it reacts with alkali metal oxides to produce a high-viscosity liquid phase, forming a glazed protective layer.
