Steel fiber reinforced castable is made from high-quality high-alumina clinker and corundum as main raw materials, aluminate cement as binder, with micro-powder and stainless steel fiber added. It features excellent high-temperature resistance, wear resistance, good thermal shock resistance and structural integrity.The addition of heat-resistant stainless steel fibers forms a network structure inside the castable and optimizes its internal stress distribution. While maintaining the original high-temperature performance, it improves the toughness, mechanical vibration and impact resistance, and wear resistance of the cast body, thus extending its service life.It is mainly used for the kiln mouth, kiln head hood, tertiary air duct, grate cooler and other parts of cement kilns.
