On the morning of April 17, 2026, the 2nd Session of the 5th Staff Representative Congress of Henan Ruitai Refractory Technology Co., Ltd. was solemnly held at the company’s Intelligent Control Center. The meeting was presided over by Wu Yue, Chairman of the Labor Union and Deputy General Manager of the company.
A total of 56 staff representatives attended the congress. The representatives carefully listened to and deliberated on the company’s annual work report, the labor union work report, and the financial report of the labor union. They also heard a report on the handling of staff proposals, and held in-depth discussions and put forward constructive suggestions on 18 topics covering operation and management, safety and environmental protection, employee welfare, and logistical support, successfully completing all scheduled agendas.
In his report, Zhai Jianwei, Secretary of the Party Branch and General Manager, comprehensively summarized the work in 2025, objectively analyzed the current situation, and clarified five key initiatives for 2026, pointing out the direction for the company’s transformation, breakthrough and high-quality development. The meeting emphasized that 2026 is a crucial year for the company’s development. All employees should strengthen confidence, take responsibility, and turn the spirit of the congress into motivation for concrete actions.
The convening of this staff representative congress has further built consensus among all employees, expanded democratic channels, and protected the rights and interests of staff members.
