Spalling-resistant high-alumina brick

Spalling-resistant high-alumina brick

Classification:

Product Introduction

Spalling-Resistant High-Alumina Brick is produced by adding special modified raw materials with mismatched expansion to high-alumina bauxite. Utilizing the composite phase toughening principle, micro-cracks are generated in the material's structure, which alleviates or blocks damage caused by thermal stress. This significantly improves thermal shock stability while enhancing high-temperature mechanical wear resistance and chemical corrosion resistance. Its service life is more than 3 times that of traditional high-alumina bricks. It features excellent wear resistance, outstanding spalling resistance, and a high refractoriness under load. It is widely used in key parts of cement rotary kilns such as the transition zone, kiln hood, and preheater decomposition furnace.

Product Details

Spalling-Resistant High-Alumina Brick

Suitable for kiln head hood, preheater decomposition furnace, tertiary air duct and other parts in cement industry.

Product Features:

01. Excellent Thermal Shock Stability

02. High Refractoriness Under Load

03. Strong Spalling Resistance

04. High Mechanical Strength

Core Advantage:

Spalling & Peeling Resistance

By adjusting the Al₂O₃ content and microstructure, thermal stress concentration is reduced, solving the common "high temperature spalling" failure of traditional refractory bricks.

Compatible with Traditional Kiln Types

With high cost performance, it can be directly used without equipment modification, meeting the requirements of basic wear resistance and spalling resistance.
