Silica-Mullite Red Brick and Silica-Mullite Brick are high-performance refractories specially designed for cement rotary kilns. Made from high-alumina bauxite, andalusite and other raw materials, they form a dense vitreous protective layer at high temperatures through a special process, featuring excellent erosion resistance, wear resistance and thermal shock resistance. They are suitable for the transition zone and decomposition zone of large and medium-sized cement kilns respectively, making them cost-effective preferred materials.

01.Wide Application & Excellent Stability

Silica-Mullite red bricks are used for the transition zone; Silica-Mullite 1680 for the safety belt; Silica-Mullite 1650 for the decomposition zone.

 

02.Multiphase Modification,Erosion & Wear Resistance

With composite phase modification technology, ultrafine powder and additives are added to form a vitreous protective layer at high temperatures, resisting chemical erosion and improving wear resistance.

 

03. Load Reduction &  Cost Savings

Mineralizer is added to enhance performance, preventing ring formation during use and reducing the load on the kiln shell and power system.

 

04.High-Temperature Stability, Long-Term Reliability
