High-alumina low-cement castable adopts high-quality bauxite and ultrafine powder technology, which significantly improves the medium-temperature strength and high-temperature volume stability. The firm crystalline structure formed at high temperatures endows the product with excellent properties such as high strength, wear resistance and thermal shock resistance. Its service life is 2 to 3 times longer than that of traditional products, and it is widely applied to key parts of cement kilns including kiln hoods and grate coolers.
