Product Introduction

This high-performance castable is manufactured from premium corundum and electrofused mullite, enhanced with composite ultra-fine powders and modified additives. It exhibits exceptional thermal shock stability, chemical erosion resistance, low creep rate, minimal thermal expansion, and outstanding wear resistance. The modified additives form a protective film at elevated temperatures, effectively sealing pore channels to further improve erosion and wear resistance. Simultaneously, the additives undergo thermal decomposition to form mullite, generating micro-expansion that counteracts shrinkage under high-temperature conditions, thereby significantly enhancing the castable's thermal shock stability.

Suitable for the kiln mouth, kiln tail of cement rotary kilns, and the outer wall of coal injection pipes.

Forms a SiO₂ thin film at high temperatures, sealing pores to prevent corrosion by alkali and sulfur oxides.

 

03.Easy Intallation and Curing

simple drying process, and short curing time, reducing kiln shutdown time.

 

04.Abrasion and Scouring Resistance

High-hardness aggregates can resist continuous scouring by clinker particles and coal powder, extending service life.
