The lightweight composite brick for rotary kilns developed by Henan Ruitai is a new generation of high-grade alkaline refractory material with energy-saving and environmental protection features. The product innovatively adopts a four-layer composite structure of "working layer + thermal barrier coating + insulation layer + protective layer", where the functions of each layer are coordinated. It boasts the advantages of light weight, corrosion resistance, erosion resistance and excellent thermal insulation performance. Its core values are reflected in three aspects: the thermal insulation and coal-saving feature can reduce the kiln surface temperature by 40°C-80°C and the standard coal consumption per ton of clinker by 0.35-0.5kg; the light weight and power-saving feature can reduce the product weight by 10% and the kiln load by about 60 tons, with the power consumption per ton of clinker cut by 0.48-0.8kwh; the durable and worry-free feature can extend the service life of the kiln, reduce maintenance costs, and provide an efficient protection and energy-saving solution for rotary kilns.

02.Thermal Insulation & Coal Saving
The new type of thermal insulation material effectively reduces heat dissipation from the firing system. The surface temperature of the kiln shell is reduced by 40°C-80°C, and the coal consumption per ton of clinker is reduced by 0.35-0.5 kg.
 

03.Lightweight & Power Saving
Compared with traditional kiln linings, the weight of refractory materials is reduced by approximately 10%, the overall load of the rotary kiln is reduced by about 60 tons, and the power consumption per ton of clinker is reduced by 0.48-0.8 kWh.
